Refund Policy

As you read through our refund policy, please keep in mind we are flexible, and understand life happens. Our refund policy is to protect against timing considerations as well as respect for other customers who may be attempting to book.

  • Cancellations must be submitted by phone, text or email at a minimum of 7 days in advance of your scheduled hunt.
  • If cancellations are within a week of the hunt, your 50% deposit may be forfeited, the remaining 50% of your full payment will be returned.
  • If full payment was made upon booking, and cancellation is submitted at least 7 days prior to your scheduled hunt, full refund will be available.
  • If deposit was made upon booking, and cancellation is submitted at least 7 days prior to your scheduled hunt, full refund will be available.
  • Please consider any and all refunds to be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • All refunds will be processed and returned to the card that was used for booking and purchase.
